The spring racing season is rapidly
approaching, so it's time for everyone to get out to the track and get ready
for some PRs. The workout for tomorrow is
going to be 3 x 1200, then 3 x 400, all with a 400 recovery. We'll take
extra rest between the end of the1200s and the start of the 400s as
needed.
It's worth mentioning as we start
getting bigger crowds that there's no stigma attached to those of you who
can't finish a workout (particularly a hard one like tomorrow). Even if
you're not fit yet, come on out, do as much as you feel comfortable with, and
call it a night. You'll be glad you did.
