Track workout at T.C. Williams High School (click

• 6:15-6:30 warm-up
• 6:30 Coach briefing, striders, workout starts
Track
workouts last for about an hour. The goal of track workouts is to
increase strength, endurance, and speed. NOVA provides
the coach, and we get, on average, about 20 to 50 people per workout.
After
the workout we all go to Generous George's (click
for map) for Pizza & Beer (approx 8pm)
